What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay online using most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro and Solo. 

Can I pay by Cheque?
We can accept payment via cheque or UK Postal Orders.  If you wish to use this option please either complete your order on line and click on the cheque option when in the checkout section.  You can download our PDF order form and complete this or detail your order in a letter.

Why do I have to make cheques payable to Garden Outlines Ltd?
Spencer Collection is a trading name of Garden Outlines Ltd.  All our banking and invoicing is done through the holding company Garden Outlines Ltd.

How Secure is your site?
All Credit and Debit card transactions are processed through 128bit encrypted Secure Server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). We will never ask for your credit card details via email or phone call to you.  If we have had any problems processing your order we will ask you to call our customer service department so you know you are only giving your details to us.

Is there any money back guarantee?
We do offer a money back guarantee if not completely satisfied please see our Returns & Refunds section for full details.

What if I can not find the product I am looking for?
If the product you require is not on our site please contact us with the details of the product you would like.  We are constantly updating our product range and have access to a wide range of suppliers and manufacturers.

Do you deliver abroad?
We do not offer this as a standard service.  We would however be pleased to quote for any enquiries.  Contact us by telephone or email with your enquiry.

Can I visit to view products I am interested in?
We do not have a showroom and we do not  detail our warehouse address.  However if you would like to visit to view goods please call us and we can normally arrange a viewing.  Please give at least 5 days notice of any intended visit to ensure we have the goods in.

Can I Collect my goods?
We can arrange for you to collect goods please call our customer services department or email us and we will be pleased to advise.

What gas inlet connection comes with the gas BBQ’s & Patio Heaters?
These products come with a flexible gas hose from the appliance.  This allows you to fit the specific regulator to suit your local bottle gas suppliers bottles. Any reputable gas dealer will stock regulators and fit them for you.
