Payment & Pricing

The Spencer Collection is a trading name of Garden Outlines Ltd and all payment and receipts will be made through Garden Outlines Ltd.

Prices on this website are quoted in British Pounds Sterling. They are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. Prices shown will be inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs may be payable in addition (see delivery details). Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the description and price of the goods, however prices may be subject to alteration without notice. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from typographical errors in respect of the description or price of Goods ordered.  In the event of a price change occurring we will contact you and give you the option to proceed with your order or to cancel it.

Method of Payment 

Payment for goods must be made by credit card or cheque at the time of purchase or order in £ sterling.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo and Visa Debit.
All credit/debit cardholders will be subject to standard validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer when your order is placed. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or, for any reason does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Credit card payments will be debited from your account before we despatch your order.

On-Line Orders

Ordering 'on line' is safe and secure. We accept most major credit and debit cards.  All payments are due before despatch is made.

If you prefer you can send us a cheque.  The easiest way is to place your order on-line, selecting the cheque option at the checkout.  You will be given an order number that we ask you to write on the back of your cheque along with your address, prior to sending to us.  This will enable us to quickly match your payment to your order.  

Telephone Orders

Orders can be made via telephone.  Simply make a note of the items you would like to order and call us on

Post Orders

Orders can also be placed by post. Simply download the PDF order form below and complete this with your preferred payment method,  process your order online and click the “payment by Cheque option” or write to us detailing your order enclosing your payment.

Using this method you can pay by cheque or UK Postal Orders (crossed and made payable to Garden Outlines Ltd). Please be aware that no Goods will be dispatched until funds are cleared.

Cancelling Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on  with your reference number and we will cancel your order and refund your money.
